Philip Wilder
Author
Philip Wilder has been writing since the age of seven, has authored seven novels, two nonfiction books, and is both an ACFW Genesis Contest finalist and a Realm Makers Aurora Contest double finalist.
Philip is a twelve-year-old with nineteen years of experience (aka 31 years old). He believes that as God’s children, being mature isn’t about not acting like a child, it’s about knowing when to act like a child. He loves playing with lightsabers, climbing trees, and taking his wife, seven-month-old son, and dog on adventures. The wilderness has always drawn Philip. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and has dreamed of surviving out in the wilderness if his extreme extrovert side would ever allow it. He loves the outdoors, whether he’s camping, hiking, snowboarding, or floating miles down a river on a handmade raft.
Philip has served in full-time ministry since 2015. He has lived in the Middle East for two years and traveled to more than thirty-five countries. His great passion is to help others enter into a loving relationship with Christ and journey with God on their own wild adventures. He’s seen the great need of the lost around the world and wants to use his writing to help others step out and reach the lost by using their own God-given passions and talents.
