I'm Stephen Rowley, I became a psychotherapist after a rich and varied career in K-12 and higher education. I earned my B.A. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in English and Psychology. I also earned a Ph.D. in Administration and Policy Analysis from the Graduate School of Education of Stanford University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. I hold a license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, #LH61080171) in Washington State. I am formally trained in Mindfulness Meditation.

Stephen Rowley, Ph.D., is a psychotherapist practicing in Bainbridge Island, Washington. His professional past includes serving as an elementary school teacher and principal, and a school district superintendent in Washington and California. He has been a college professor at three universities, teaching courses in educational administration and organizational theory.
