I’m Johanna, and I’ve spent my life questioning what it truly means to be human. Ever since I can remember, I’ve felt different, like I was dropped off on the wrong planet. I’ve always been deeply sensitive, picking up on things others seemed to miss, and wondering why the world felt so overwhelming at times.
That curiosity led me on a journey across different countries and careers, from teaching English in Spain and Hungary to working in Waldorf education in Scotland, and even providing elderly care in the UK. Every experience deepened my understanding of people, emotions, and the invisible undercurrents that shape our lives. But no matter where I went or what I did, one question kept tugging at me: Is there more to this life than meets the eye?
Seeking answers, I explored meditation, energy healing, and personal development, but the biggest shift came when I met a spiritual teacher in 2016, and moved into his ashram, immersed in self-inquiry and stillness. That time changed everything. I realized that so much of what we believe about ourselves-the doubts, the limitations, the roles we play—isn’t who we truly are. Beneath all of it, there is something steady, peaceful, and limitless.
Now, back in the “real world,” I continue to explore what it means to live as an empath, a dreamer, and a seeker in a fast-moving world. My journey is ongoing, and I love connecting with others who are also navigating their own path of self-discovery. I believe that sensitivity is a gift, that questioning everything is a sign of wisdom, and that when we learn to trust ourselves, life starts to flow in ways we never imagined.
