My name is Kris Blacksmith, and I am a Colorado native. Growing up in this beautiful state I was always awed by the beauty I saw every day. It wasn’t until I went to college that I began to wonder about the wealth of the natural world that surrounded me. My path to herbal solutions and helping others began when I was twenty after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia. After a long journey towards that diagnosis, I was prescribed Lyrica. The side effects outweighed the slight benefit of the medication. I discovered a book on herbal remedies in a gift shop. I found herbs to treat my symptoms that I still use today. I was shocked and amazed that a combination of 11 plants erased my symptoms and only had dehydration as a side effect. Over the past 11 years I have self-studied and gone to the East West School of Planetary Herbology to learn this amazing craft so that I can share it with you!
