Author
Paula Swope describes herself as a nerd disguised in Gucci sunglasses and 4” Jimmy Choos who will choose a scholarly article over something petty any day of the week. Her 300K+ social media followers coined her the most relatable self-help author they have ever known.
Before becoming a self-empowerment expert, Paula raised $60M for impoverished populations. When she was fenced in and punching a time clock, she said, “If I can make a living helping people, I’ll have it made.” That’s precisely what she did as a fundraiser and what she’s doing today as an author, social media influencer, podcast host, and Chopra-certified life coach. Her life purpose is to help people transform their lives as she has, which inspired her to write Thought SNOB: The Modern Spiritual Playbook for a Better Life.
Paula's book is a unique hybrid blend of science and humor that takes readers into unchartered territory—their souls. She simplifies complex concepts so anyone can adopt a lifestyle where emotional intelligence, mindful awareness, and faith replace ignorance, disempowerment, and lies.
In May 2021, Paula resigned from her fruitful career in fundraising to start a business dedicated to helping people reverse subconscious beliefs that robbed them of their big dharma. Since then, Paula has built a company that offers various services to help people heal and become wealth magnets. These include her book, The Thought Snob Podcast, life coaching, Ayurveda Health coaching, meditation instruction, keynote speaking, spiritual retreats, and daily social media content.
Paula has a bachelor’s degree in political science, a master’s degree in public administration, and three certifications from the prestigious Chopra Center. When she isn’t working, which is rare, she loves high-end shopping and checking out new restaurants with her husband. She’s also an avid music lover with a diverse taste in what she listens to. Don't be surprised if you see a photo of her on social media standing at the gates of Graceland and, a few days later, a photo of her in the PIT at a Machine Gun Kelly concert.
