Rutherford J. Pascal is a seasoned Senior Sales Executive with over 30 years of experience in driving sales growth, revitalizing stagnant markets, and building high-performing teams across diverse industries for three fortune 100 companies. As the Founder and CEO of Glass Walls Leadership, Rutherford is dedicated to helping good leaders become great and great leaders be better through one-on-one coaching, group training, and dynamic keynote presentations. His extensive expertise includes strategic business, market and sales planning, performance enhancement, and team motivation.

Previously, Rutherford led the Dupixent sales team at Genzyme/Sanofi Corporation, overseeing over 400 field representatives across Allergy ENT, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology. Under his leadership, Dupixent achieved the most successful dermatology and respiratory launch in the past 20 years and became Sanofi’s top revenue-generating product. Throughout his career, Rutherford has held pivotal leadership roles at Bone Care International, Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Scott Paper, successfully launching products and driving team success.

Rutherford is an active contributor to community and professional organizations, having served on the boards of the 1st Veterans Bank of Arizona and the Vacaville Neighborhoods Boys and Girls Club, as well as leadership roles within Toastmasters International and the United Way of the Bay Area.
