Six years ago, I thought I was the worst leader in the world, until an insight came that flipped my whole self image on my head. Today I'll share how my PhD in Higher Ed Leadership, 12 years in the school of leadership hard knocks, and that sudden insight one morning in 2019 led to the creation of the Kind Leadership Guild, a coaching and mentorship program for values-based leaders who want to make their organizations more courageous. sustainable, and caring places that leave their communities a little better than they found them.
