Terry C. Carney, Sr. is a filmmaker, author, and advocate for mental health awareness and gun violence prevention. As the founder of Platinum City Golden West Entertainment, Terry produced the award-winning documentary “Put the Guns Down: A World Epidemic” in collaboration with Ice-T, a powerful film that tackles the urgent issues of gun violence and mental health. Growing up in challenging environments, Terry turned his personal experiences into a mission to inspire and drive social change. His memoir, “Last Man Standing,” offers a candid look at his life, highlighting resilience, faith, and transformation.
