Zak Clayton, a man who knows firsthand the power of community and compassion, founded Clayton Consulting & Event Planning LLC (CCEP) out of a simple yet profound realization: everyone deserves a helping hand. His journey began on June 5th, 2015, when a motorcycle accident altered his path. Despite the unexpected detour, Zak found solace in the outpouring of support from friends, family, and local businesses during his recovery. Yet, amidst this wave of generosity, he noticed a gap in assistance for those constrained by financial limitations. When he went to apply for assistance he was denied because of the money he made in the previous year. This made healing even harder than it was before. Determined to fill this void, Zak embarked on a mission to create a program that would uplift individuals facing adversity after January 1st.

Thus, Community Pay it Forward was born—a beacon of hope designed to extend a hand, ignite optimism, and catalyze sales for their esteemed Partners. This innovative initiative stands as a testament to Zak's resilience and his unwavering commitment to paying forward the kindness he received during his time of need.

At its core, the Community Pay it Forward Program is a vehicle for change, offering support to families in crisis, children battling illness, veterans in need, local nonprofits, and various community improvement projects. Through a seamless process of Shop, Click, and Pick, individuals can make a tangible difference in the lives of others with every purchase.

Under Zak's visionary leadership, Community Dare to Care Outreach & Events was established, extending its benevolent reach to provide essential resources such as clothing, furniture, and school supplies to those in need. Moreover, Community Cares orchestrates unforgettable events and parties, infusing joy and camaraderie into the fabric of the community.

Central to the program's success are its esteemed Partnerships, ranging from Community Partners seeking assistance to Mission Partners championing causes close to their hearts. Verified Giving Partners lend their support by offering diverse products and services, while Sponsor Partners fuel the program's financial backbone, enabling its continued growth and impact. Zak also runs multiple podcasts aimed at success for everyone and a love for history and learning from our past mistakes to change lives around him that he shares with his two sons Jeffry and Justice.

Zak and his wife Adrienne take pride in helping those in their community by collecting donations and giving the items to neighbors in need at no charge to anyone. This is an effort called Community Dare to Care that he is hoping to see formed into a 501c3 nonprofit by the end of 2024 calendar year.
